RMHS SELECTS CAMP REGISTRATION INFO

Registrations made BEFORE June 1, 2024:

A deposit of $200-300 per week is required via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express at time of registration. Deposits made for resident campers are non-refundable. Final payment will be due June 1. The credit card used for the deposit payment will be charged automatically for the remaining balance on or around June 1.

 

Registration AFTER June 1, 2024:

Full payment is due upon enrollment for any camp that has openings. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full.

 

Cancellations:

Should you cancel more than ten days before the first day of the camp you registered for, you will be issued a full camp credit minus a $125 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 10 days in advance, no credits will be issued, and all monies paid will be forfeited. Resident camper amounts are not subject to refund. The credit will be good for two (2) years from the date of issuance and is transferable to family members. Cash refunds will be given only if you have purchased Refund Insurance as outlined below.

 

Refund Insurance: Our $125 "Peace of Mind" Policy:

Due at the time of registration, Refund Insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your camp registration more than 10 days prior to the start of your session. If you cancel within ten days, we will give you a camp credit for all monies paid, valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. Credit with the Refund Insurance is transferable to family members and suitable for any RMHS program. No refunds will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions. Prorating will be a max of 2 days, for $50 a day, with no pro rates after the fact.

 

Injury Policy:

Unfortunately, injuries are natural in a contact sport such as hockey. As a result, the camp director will deal with injury refunds on a case-by-case basis after reviewing individual circumstances. When issued, refunds are limited to a credit voucher good for any RMHS program for two (2) years from the date of issuance.
