"The quality of the staff in all respects is the most important thing a camp can have. Your attention to this aspect of RMHS is so important and you have done a great job picking and training good people. You don't get better people than Smitty, K-Dubs , Ruhly, Graham, Lewie, Murph, and the others. They listen well, they challenge the kids, they remember what's it was like to be 10, and they know and love the game. Keep the high standards for your staff and your quality of teaching."
